Registering

• Why do I need to register?

By registering, you may login to check your order, shipment details, return requests...etc anytime.  You will have the option for sign up our mailing list for latest promotions, sale notifications, new arrivals and discount coupons!

• How do I register?

Click on the top right button of the page and fill up your email address and preferred password.

• What Happen if I forget my password?

Just click on "Forgot Password" and we will email your password to your registered email address.

How to Place Order?

1.   Create an account / sign in

2.  Choose the item/design/size that you want and click "ADD TO CART"

 

3.  Click "View Cart" and check all items that you order. 

 

4.  Confirm your shipping address, then click "Next"

 

5.  Make sure you read and tick out "Terms of Service".  Choose your preffered courier company and click "Next"

 

6.  Choose your payment method

 

7.  You will reach your order summary.  Click "I Confirmed My Order" if everything is confirmed.

 

 

8.  Finally, you will reach "Order Confirmation" and our banking details will appear if you choose "Bank Deposit" or "Cheque" as your payment method. :)

 

9.  Make your payment (MBB / PBB / CIMB online transfer, cheque bank in, ATM bank in or via Visa / Master Card / Paypal)

10.  Email / sms to notify us after payment is made to admin@gifts-h.com or sms us at +6018-8748213 with information below:Name:Order No:Bank in amount:  (cash / cheque)To Bank:  MBB / PBB / CIMBFrom Bank:  MBB / PBB / CIMB / Other Bank (pls specify) 

11.  Receive update info on the following via email / phone call:

• Order Status is changed to "Payment Accepted" - notification email will be sent out if payment has been confirmed receiving by us.  We will send out within 3 working days (not including weekends and the day or receiving your payment).  Buyers who do not register an account and sign out as guest WILL NOT BE ABLE to receive any notification email or check the order status.  So pls register with a VALID EMAIL ACCOUNT.  
• Order status is changed to "Shipped" & "Delivered"- order is shipped out with tracking number updated.  You can check your parcel status by login to your acount (only valid for registered accounts).
• stock info (stock not available)
• additional order from you (combine shipping)
• shipping method not applicable / additional shipping fee
• payment method / information
• other changes

 

12.  Cancellation of your order if no payment is received within 24 hours.

Gift Wrapping Services

We now provide normal gift wrapping and gift basket wrapping services:

1. Gift Wrapping (Normal box wrapping):  We charge RM5 per wrapping per box.  Pls tick the "Gift Wrapping" services if you need the service.  RM5 will be charged to your order.  Kindly leave your message to the receiver on the message box provided.
2. Gift Basket Wrapping:  Pls add the size of the basket that you want (of course it's depending on the items that you order too!) and add the item into the shopping cart.  >>Click here to choose the size of the basket<<

• we include greeting card into each gift box/gift basket.  pls leave your greeting message and we will write for you on the card.  Pls write in this format:

Name of the receiver,

       >>greeting message line 1<<

Name of sender

 

Loyalty Program

We reward all our loyalty customers!  Here is how it works:

1. with accumulative purchases reach above RM500, you will get 10% discount on all our normal priced items in your next purchase.  
2. with accumulative purchase reach above RM1500, you will get 15% discount on all our normal priced items in your next purchase.
3. You will still entitle free shipping with your total payable amount above RM200 on a single order.
4. Sale items or any special priced items are not entitled for the discount.
5. No expired date for your discount!  It means you will have 10% off for all normal priced items ALL THE TIME!
6. NO MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT after you have became our loyalty customer which you will receive a notification mail from us.
7. For those who are eligible for the discount, you will receive a notification mail from us.
