Terms & Conditions

• Buyer is responsible for shipping fees. For order of RM200 and above, free shipping for West Malaysia via courier service (Skynet / Kangaroo) and East Malaysia via Pos Malaysia Registered Air Parcel.  Not applicable for wholesale / oversea delivery.  Pos Malaysia Air Parcel will take around 7 working days to reach (not including Saturdays & Sundays).  If buyer wished to change to other courier company, pls contact us as we will let you know the balance amount to be paid.

• Order will be cancelled if no payment is received within 24 hours.

• Item may be out of stock (could be sold out to walk-in customer at our showroom).  We will inform you if item is sold out.  You may choose either change to other items or a full refund.

• Self collection at our showroom in Kota Kemuning is available with full payment only.  Kindly call to inform us on the date and time that you will come to do your collection so that we can get your order ready.  If you do not wish to make full payment first, you may make your purchase directly from our showroom at your convenient time within our business hours. 

• NO REFUND for credit card payment.

• No reservation or booking without payment.

• Product(s) will only be delivered upon clearance of payment within 3 working days (excluding the day of receiving your payment and weekends).

• Product photos are taken by ourselves.  As a result of photography skill and condition of different display settings, chromatic aberrations are unavoidable.  Buyer who is very particular on this pls clarify with us before placing order.

• We try our best to offer the best quality items among the same range of products at a price lower than the market price.  However, if buyer requests the quality and packing of the item to be 100% perfect but with a price that is one time or few times lower than the market price pls clarify with us before placing order.

Refund/Exchange Policy:

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return them within 7 days of receiving either for a refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for the shipping fee when returning items and Gifts From Heaven does not take any responsibility for the arrival of returns. All returned goods must be unused and in their original state with tags attached or they will be not accepted. Customer will have to pay the shipping fee for exchanged goods.

• Strightly no return for refund or exchange for sale items.  Pls check your measurement before choosing the suitable size.

• No refund of cash for credit card payment.  Customer may request for exchange or store credit for next purchase.
