2. Choose the item/design/size that you want and click "ADD TO CART"

3. Click "View Cart" and check all the items that you order are correct.  If confirmed, click "PROCEED TO PAYMENT"

4.  Fill in all necessary information, choose your preferred shipping method & payment method4a.jpg

5.  Fill in your instructions / comments if any.  Click "Continue" if all are confirmed5a.jpg

6.  You will reach to "Thanks for Your Order!" page if you have successfully placed your order. Click on "Order Status" on the top panel to check your order no, order details & order status

7.  Make your payment (MBB / PBB / CIMB online transfer, cheque bank in, ATM bank in or via Visa / Master Card / Paypal) 


8.  Email / sms to notify us after payment is made  giftsfrheaven@gmail.com / admin@gifts-h.com or sms us at +6012-2248213 as per below format:

(Type your order no/ID), (Type your name), Bank in (cash / cheque / from your bank) to (my MBB / PBB / CIMB acc), (type amount of money that you bank in)


 

 

9.  Receive update info on the following (via email).  Pls be noted that we will only reply your sms/email regarding your payment BY updating the status of your order only.  By updating the status of your order, you will receive the notification email.  Buyers who do not register an account and sign out as guest WILL NOT BE ABLE to receive any notification email or check the order status.  So pls register with a VALID EMAIL ACCOUNT.

  • order status change to "Awaiting shipment" - means payment is received and your order will be sent out within 3 working days (not including weekends as our working days are Monday-Friday only)
  • order status change to "Shipped" - order is shipped out.  You can check your parcel tracking number by login to your account and view your order status. (only valid for registered accounts)
  • stock info (stock not available)
  • additional order from you (combine shipping)
  • shipping method not applicable / additional shipping fee
  • payment method / information
  • other changes

Delivery of your order within 3 working days after receive your payment OR
 

Cancellation of your order if no payment is received within 3 days
