Returns Policy

1.     You may return most new, unopened item(s) within 7 working days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Kindly email us and affix the photo of the defected item(s).

2.     We will refund to you within 3 days of receiving the returned item(s).

3.     Pls be noted that transaction via credit card is not refundable but can be exchanged with other items.

4.     If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

5.     For item(s)returned for an exchange or other reason:

·         You are responsible for the return shipping cost. No return(s) will be accepted after 7 days.

·         Be noted that shipping cost is not refundable.

·         We only accept return via courier service

·         Return items via Pos Malaysia will be charged RM5 handling fee as we will need to pick-up at the post office.

·         Re-shipping charges for exchanged item(s) will be applied. You will bear the shipping cost of the new item and difference in price between the returned and new item.

6.     For buyer who has purchased more than RM200 and enjoys the free shipping service, shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount if purchase amount is less than RM200 after returning the items.

7.     For your protection we recommend you use a recorded-delivery service as we will NOT take responsibility for loss or damage to items sent back to us. Where a return is lost or stolen in transit to us, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return.

8.     The following items cannot be returned:

·         Item(s) marked with "Defective", item(s) under Best Buy or As-it categories

·         Discounted / special priced items

·         Item(s) with tag / original packing removed by buyer

·         Item(s) used / washed by buyer Item(s) marked with "Defective"
