Upon payment received, we will ship the order item(s) within 3 working days subject to stock availability via courier service.

Shipping Rate 

1.     For West Malaysia (WM)  

• • First 3kg RM10.90, RM1.70/1kg after that  (reach within 1-2 working days after sending).  "Miss You" note is provided if receiver is not at home during 1st delivery.  Re-delivery can be arranged by buyer by calling Gdex
  • For faster and more reliable delivery process, pls choose the courier service whereby the courier company has their branches

    • Peninsular Malaysia:  First 3kg RM5.50, first 5kg RM6.80.  RM1.50/kg after that (major towns:  reach within 1-3 working days after sending;  Rural areas 2-5 working days after sending)
    • Pulau Langkawi:  1st 1kg RM11, RM4.10/kg after that.  
    • "Miss You" note is provided if receiver is not at home during 1st delivery. Re-delivery can be arranged by buyer by calling Kangaroo
    • For faster and more reliable delivery process, pls choose the courier service whereby the courier company has their branches

  •     First 3kg RM5.30, RM1.60/kg after that (only applicable for major towns, not applicable to Zone X areas. Poor service, not advisable to use, goods may delay upto 10 days especially for Subang area.  At buyer's own risk).  
  • "Miss You" note is NOT provided if receiver is not at home during 1st delivery.  You need to check your parcel online at www.skynet.com.my.  Re-delivery can be arranged by buyer by calling Skynet
  • For faster and more reliable delivery process, pls choose the courier service whereby the courier company has their branches

  •   First 0.5kg RM6, RM1.30/0.25kg after that for parcel less than 2kg.  For parcel 2.0-2.5kg RM21.20, RM2.70/0.5kg after that (Reaching within 1-3 working days after sending, depending on your area).  
  • "Miss You" note is provided if receiver is not at home during 1st delivery.  Re-delivery can be arranged by buyer by calling Poslaju
  • For faster and more reliable delivery process, pls choose the courier service whereby the courier company has their branches.  Buyers are advisable to choose Poslaju if the delivery address is located in rural area

2.     For East Malaysia (EM)  

• •    First kg RM16.40, RM14.70/kg after that (reach within 1-3 working days after sending, "Miss You" note is provided if receiver is not at home during 1st delivery).  Re-delivery can be arranged by buyer by calling Gdex.
  •   First kg RM13.60, RM13.60/kg after that (major towns reach within 2-3 working days after sending, rural areas 2-5 working days after sending, "Miss You" note is provided if receiver is not at home during 1st delivery).  Re-delivery can be arranged by buyer by calling Kangaroo.
  •  First 0.5kg RM9.30, RM2.70/0.25kg after that for parcel less than 2kg.  For parcel above 2kg-2.5kg RM41.10, RM5.30/0.5kg after that.  Reaching within 2-5 working days after sending, depending on your location.  "Miss You" note is provided if receiver is not at home during 1st delivery.  Re-delivery can be arranged by buyer by calling Poslaju.

•  
  •   Express Mail (WM/EM):  RM4.50 (max thickness 10mm only) - only applicable for 1 pc of clothing (thin fabric) / mix 3 pairs of leggings / max 3 pcs of baby bibs
  • Buyer will be able to receive the item(s) within 2-5 working days depending on your delivery area.  For areas covered by next day delivery pls check http://www.pos.com.my
    

**Pls do not choose this method if you are ordering toys or items more than above mentioned qty. 

**For EM, if you order cloth / leggings /  baby bibs more than qty mentioned above, items can be sent by using Express Box RM7 (max thickness 25mm).  Pls contact us for quotation.

 **No receiver's signature is needed if parcel is delivered.  Thus, unable to check and make sure 100% that the parcel is delivered to the correct receiver as others can receive on behalf of the receiver.  We will not be responsible for this if this problem occurs.  Buyers who are particular about this pls choose shipping method by Poslaju or other courier companies.

**Track your Express Mail status is only valid 15 days after posting.

 

3.     for order of RM200 and above

•  
  •     for West Malaysia via courier (normally will be Skynet or Kangaroo depending on your delivery address) 
    
  • for East Malaysia via Pos Malaysia Registered Parcel only.  Buyers can request to send via courier service.  However, extra payment will be imposed based on the size of the parcel. 
    
  • **Not applicable to oversea / wholesale order.
