How to redeem:
1. Redeem your 1 (one) unit Joie pact lite mineral from Joie Malaysia (herein known as SNS Products Sdn Bhd)
2. Call / Whatsapp to make an appointment to collect your gift. Joie Malaysia is open for redemptions Monday – Friday, between 10am – 3pm. Closed on public holidays and weekends.
3. Present your Gift Certificate to Joie Malaysia during redemption.
4. No delivery request of the Joie Pact Lite will be accepted. Buyer to do the redemption directly at Joie Malaysia HQ. Thus, this offer only applicable for walk-in or Klang Valley orders via our official website only.
